Japan (Nidec) inner rotor high-speed brushless motor with drive plate, neodymium iron boron inner rotor, applicable voltage is DC18V-24V, corresponding speed is 25000 rpm-33800 rpm, rated voltage is DC 21.6V, 30,000 rpm. High-speed, high-power, violent brushless motor, which has its own drive board, is a brushless motor used in high-end brushless vacuum cleaners.
Note: For brushless DC motors, the positive and negative poles cannot be reversed. The red wire is connected to the positive pole and the black wire is connected to the negative pole. If it is connected incorrectly, the drive board will be burnt out.
This batch of inner rotor brushless motors is a three-phase eight-wire brushless motor with Hall. It has its own drive board. Please pay attention to distinguish the positive and negative poles before connecting to the power supply. The positive and negative poles of the drive board cannot be reversed or connected incorrectly. It will burn the driver board.
The wire diameter of this motor is very thick, and the outer diameter is 0.8MM when measured. It is a high-speed and high-power violent brushless motor. It is normal for high power density and easy to generate heat. Please do a good job of heat dissipation. In the vacuum cleaner, the fan blade of the vacuum cleaner is also equivalent to the cooling fan for the motor.
Its inner rotor is made of neodymium iron boron high-strength magnets, wrapped in silicon steel sheets, and the magnetic force is very strong.
