The core of our motor is a self-developed hollow cup winding, which has no cogging effect, low electromagnetic interference, and an efficiency of up to 90%. Supporting online configuration function, the coreless cup motor’s shaft, flange, bearings and electrical interfaces can be adjusted according to application requirements. Structural analysis of coreless motor:
Coreless motors are mainly composed of back cover, terminal blocks, brush end covers, brushes, commutators, cup windings (rotor), rotating shafts, washers, sliding bearings, shells, magnets (stator), flanges, and positioning rings. .
The stator is composed of permanent magnet, shell and flange. The casing provides a constant magnetic field so the motor has no iron losses. No soft magnetic teeth. The torque produced is uniform, allowing for smooth operation even at low speeds. At higher speeds, the motor reduces vibration and reduces noise. Rotor with windings and commutator. The windings are connected to the shaft via so-called commutating plates. The coil moves in the air gap between the magnet and the housing. The commutation system uses a pair of precious metal brushes to reduce brush sparks. Reduced brush sparks produce less electromagnetic emissions.

*Drag characteristics: The operation stability is very reliable, and the fluctuation of rotation speed is very small. As a micro motor, the fluctuation of rotation speed can be easily controlled within 2%.
- Energy-saving features: The energy conversion efficiency is very high, and its maximum efficiency is generally above 70%, and some products can reach above 90% (iron core motors are generally 70%).
- Control characteristics: rapid starting and braking, extremely fast response, mechanical time constant less than 28 milliseconds, some products can reach within 10 milliseconds (iron core motors are generally more than 100 milliseconds); under high-speed operation within the recommended operating area, The speed can be adjusted easily and sensitively.
