The screw is anti-threaded, the nut is left-handed, the pitch P is 0.5MM, and the reduction ratio of the gearbox is about 1:306. If the positive pole of the motor is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the negative pole of the motor is connected to the negative pole of the power supply, the direction of rotation of the screw is CW. If the nut is stuck, the nut moves downward. If the positive pole of the motor is connected to the negative pole of the power supply, the The negative pole is connected to the positive pole of the power supply. At this time, the direction of rotation of the stem is CCW. If the nut is jammed, the nut will move upward.
DC3V: The speed is 58RPM, and the nut travels from beginning to end for about 90 seconds.
DC3.4V: The speed is 66RPM, and the nut runs from the beginning to the end for about 80 seconds.
DC3.7V: The speed is 73RPM, and the nut runs from the beginning to the end for about 75 seconds.
B motor:
The rod is orthodontic, the nut is right-handed, the pitch P is 0.35MM, and the reduction ratio of the gearbox is about 1:240. If the positive pole of the motor is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, the negative pole of the motor is connected to the negative pole of the power supply. The direction of rotation is CW. If the nut is stuck, the nut moves upward. If the positive pole of the motor is connected to the negative pole of the power supply, and the negative pole of the motor is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, the direction of rotation of the stem is CCW. If the nut is stuck, then The nut moves down.
DC3V: The screw speed is 73RPM, and the nut travels from start to end for about 110 seconds.
DC3.4V: The screw speed is 81RPM, and the nut travels from beginning to end for about 98 seconds.
DC3.7V: The screw speed is 88RPM, and the nut travels from beginning to end for about 88 seconds.
